I got a text from Whitney a little while ago. Please be praying for them as they prepare to transition from the hospital to The Children's Center. Whitney expressed to me that there are so many unknowns ahead for them and although the four walls of their hospital room have been a place of terrible tragedy and incredible sadness, what lies beyond them is filled with such uncertainty and fear.
Psalm 31: 1-3
In you, O LORD, I have taken refuge;
let me never be put to shame;
deliver me in your righteousness.
Turn your ear to me,
come quickly to my rescue;
be my rock of refuge,
a strong fortress to save me.
Since you are my rock and my fortress,
for the sake of your name lead and guide me.
